When scheduling a meeting, always include the following information in the meeting title:
Client Name | Company Name | Number of people (e.g., 4 pax) | Your name (if you’re not the one who booked the room)
3. How to set an Out of Office message
Whenever we’re away, it’s very important to indicate it on the internal platforms we use.
This information is extremely useful so that anyone trying to contact us knows whether we’re available and if not, who they should reach out to in our absence.
If you’ve just joined us, yes… it’s true, we’re already talking about holidays!
But time flies when you’re doing what you love and before you know it, it’ll be your turn for some time off.

2. Couriers
Whenever you need to request a courier service, please send all the following information to the WYgroup Reception:
PICK-UP DETAILS:
Name and full address of the pick-up location
For the attention of (contact person)
Phone number
Pick-up time window
RECIPIENT DETAILS:
Company name and full delivery address
For the attention of (contact person)
Recipient’s phone number
Delivery deadline
TYPE OF SERVICE:
Motorcycle / Van
Standard / Urgent
ITEM(S) TO BE DELIVERED:
(e.g., A4 envelope, documents, boxes, etc.)
COMMENTS:
(e.g., left at reception, return needed, must stop somewhere on the way)
